Swipe your troubles away

Multi-touch gestures are supported by elementary OS, provided your device is equipped with proper hardware, for example, touchpads or touch screens.

Configuring Gestures

View the available options for gestures and modify them from the System Settings (Mouse & Touchpad --> Gestures).

You can configure the gestures manner for:

• Swiping horizontally to switch between workspaces

• Swiping up to switch to the multitasking view, or toggle the active window maximized

• Pinching to zoom your screen
